RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept the return of a product within 14 days from the delivery date, in accordance with the provisions of art. 52 and ss. of the Consumer Code.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, unworn or damaged. Returns must be complete with all products and documents that we have included in the package: certificate with code, packaging and jewel / accessory.
We do not accept returns of scratched products, with missing stones or elements of the jewel.
All returns are free and shipments are insured by us.
In order to proceed with the return, it is necessary to:
1. Within 14 days from the delivery date, write an email to: email@example.com, indicating the order number and your name and address.
2. Prepare the return package, using the pre-printed return label contained in the package. Paste the label on the outside of the package.
You will be contacted by one of our Customer service assistants who will process your return request and guide you through the procedure. We will take care of pick up of the product from you.
As soon as we receive the return request, we will start the procedure for collecting the product from you.
After receiving the return, we will check the condition of the product and if it conforms to the original, we will proceed with the refund and credit the amount.
